    Up for grabs is an extremely rare Helmut Lang bracelet, produced in 2005 during Lang's final season designing his signature line. Near-perfect condition, comes with original box. Guaranteed authentic. Embossed with the Helmut Lang logo. Composed of beautifully powder-coated steel in a matte-white finish, this bracelet is a stunning, subtle unisex ornament. Size is adjustable (just like a real handcuff). In general the fit is generous. Manual release. Looking for $300 shipped, reasonable offers will be considered. HL fans know how popular these were when first released and how difficult they are to come by now.

    FS: Dior SS04 Destroyed jeans, Margiela accessories

    For sale is a pair of the legendary SS04 Strip Destroyed jeans in a 31. Like new condition. Collector alert: these are a runway sample and bear the showroom's sample code, handwritten by a fitter for reference, on the interior lining of one front pocket. Obviously invisible when worn.     FS: Helmut Lang Black Raw Denim

    For sale is a pair of Helmut Lang black raw denim jeans. These are new with tags and never worn. They're tagged a 33, but fit more like a 31/32. The leg opening is 7.5 in. across (similar to an APC New Cure). Length is 34.5. The fit just isn't quite right on me, so my loss is your gain. They were $250 retail. I'd like to get $140 for them, but all reasonable offers will be entertained.

    My size 32 New Cures arrived yesterday. I'm almost certain they are going to be to small, I just dont think its possible for them to stretch out enough.

    Currently I can only button up the bottom button - I'm about an inch of getting the top button done up.

    Is it possible that I'll be able to fit these with some stretching (I can wear them round the house, in bed, etc). If I soaked them would that get me more stretch?

    Any advice would be sick.

    Campster, my initial thought is that if you're that far away from being able to button them, they're probably not going to be a very flattering fit when they do inevitably stretch. When I buy mine I tend to be able to button all but the top button. I can button them by the end of that day and within a week they fit perfectly.

    Posted this in Superdenim too. Just looking for opinions on these Dior Homme 19cm. They're black coated, from the Luster collection. I like the fit, but I'm wondering about the distressing. I usually tend to dress pretty clean and minimal (my daily jeans are a well broken-in pair of APC NCs), and normally would never buy distressed jeans, period. But the quality, finish and fit is really good, as is the price. How loud/objectionable is the distressing on these? I'm planning on wearing them in the winter with the boots pictured or maybe Fragment Chucks. Thanks for looking...

    Dior Homme Denim

    Can I get some opinions on these? Picked them up from a friend: they're vintage black coated Luster 19cms. I like the fit. My only reservation is the distressing. I generally tend to dress a little more classic than this (normally I wear a pair of well broken-in APC NCs) but I feel like these would look great this winter, and I've been wanting a pair of black coated denim. Do you guys think the distressing is too much for my relatively minimal look? I'd probably wear these with the boots pictured or a pair of Fragment chucks. Thanks...

    ^^ True. I can't believe people are even talking about denim shorts. Non-denim shorts are bad enough. Cut-offs? Only if you're slowly floating down the Mississippi on a raft and talking to your friends Tom and Jim about your alcoholic dad.

    Back on topic, I forgot to mention this before, but I like a lot of the BBlessing stuff that S2A is doing. The tees are the same (apparently unreasaonble) price point, but they feel nicer, and I like a lot of the graphics and colors. Oddly, I haven't seen BBlessing mentioned on SuFu at all. Is SuFu collectively sleeping?

    Has anyone been to the store? It's said to be pretty nice, even though there seems to be some kind of weird nod to Breakbeat Science (the previous tenant). Supposedly there's a semi-secret back room that only sells d'n'b 12"s. What the fuck? S2Ax BBlessing x Breakbeat Science < Adidas x The Game x Hawaiian Punch.

    I agree with the general hate. I like S2A's graphic design, jewelry, and tees, but these are hideous, and even worse in person. They feel so cheap and synthetic. There are worse Adicolors (the Fafi ones? The Jim Henson ones?), but these still suck.

    The question of Adidas' negative cache is a good one. I have a friend who's a senior designer at Nike, and he told me that compared to Nike's rigorous, extensive market research and quality control, Adidas will just put into production any hare-brained ideas its designers come up with. Like someone fresh out of Art Center will say, "Let's do a limited collab with The Game and Hawaiian Punch!" and the execs who hold the keys just say "Go for it!" They definitely dilute their quality offerings with a bunch of tawdry shite.
