I ran across an auction for a pair of LVC 1873 with silver threaded tag as Valencia, but with factory code 822. There was a picture of the button which also had 822. Does anyone know which factory this was?

I guess Yamane will have to add a hologram message or something to let you know they're authentic.

It's amazing how many people bought the fakes and are happy with them based on his ebay feedback.

what about the coin pocket selvedge? are the fakes adding that detail along with hidden rivets?

I didn't buy them. I saw them on ebay and wondered if they were fake since I'd never seen any LVC with selvedge like that before. The seller repeatedly said they were from the original factory.... never said original Levis factory.

Anybody know why they stopped making the Greenville and Waynesville, but still make the Nashville?

I soaked them for a couple of hours. No shrinkage.

Strange, cause I bought a 34 waist that measures 36. Are the Greenville and Nashville sized the same?

Should I soak them first? Will there be any shrinkage in the waist or inseam?

I just got a pair of the Waynesville. Are they sanforized? There's no stamp on the pocket like the Yoshi.

I have a pair of LVC 1933 and Edwin Waynesville. I want to soak them first but have questions about shrinkage. How much shrinkage should I expect for each? Also, I don't want the waist to shrink much. Will stretching them out a little after soaking help? Thanks
