  1. Hi there!

I have a pair of Dior Homme Grey Distressed Jeans from SS07 Collection for sale.

It is a 19cm cut in size 28.

    Measurements as follows:

    Waist width = 37 cm

    Inseam = 96 cm

    Front rise = 23,5 cm

    Hem width = 17,5 cm

The jeans are worn and washed once but still in good condition.

    Here are some pics:

  2. Hi everybody,

I am planning on getting my Dauphins hemmed since they are really to long for me. They are even 4 cm longer than my other Dior jeans…!

    My question now:

Since they are like raw denim (not distressed/washed), is it really necessary to ask the tailor for a euro hem (you know, the „sandwich method”) or would it also be ok if he just cuts of the excessive fabric and creates a new hem?

Would be great to hear some opinions / experiences from you? Those who hemmed their raws, which method did you choose?

    Thanks in advance!

  3. I think they're great for wearing a bit lower, but I'm 5'11" so who knows, maybe post some fit pics?

I think it might be because of my height because a higher rise makes my upper body appear even more shorter than it is.

And if I pull the jeans down so it rests on my hip bone the crotch will hang to low and cause the same effect to my legs...

Maybe I will post some fit pics on the weekend...

  4. Got myself a pair of NS a few days ago....

Anyone else thinks that the rise is pretty high....??

I am 1,74 m and I think a 26,5 cm rise is not very flattering for me.

Maybe I am too much used to a lower rise from wearing Dior MII jeans for the last year which have a rise of 23,5-24 cm...

So I am really looking forward to see fit pics of the Petit Standard. Hope that one will be a better alternative...

  5. Yep, nice fit man!

    Question for everybody:

I am thinking of buying some Orange Overdye jeans with a 21 cm cut but because I am only 1,74 m tall I fear that the stacking will look a bit weird due to the bigger leg opening...

On the other hand I like the wash a lot and also am kind of "tired" of only wearing slim fitting jeans.

I need some variation in my wardrobe and I think the 21 cm cut could be a good alternative. Still straight and slim but not too baggy or bootcut-like...

    Any experiences/opinions? TheGrapist maybe...? ;)

  6. I tried on a size 28 and 29 MIJ 19cm the other day but I still couldn't decide which one to chose, hope you guys can help. I couldn't close the top button on the 28s + they were really thight on the thighs. the 29s felt comfortable in the waist and overall but I'm worried they'll stretch out too much. should I take the pain for granted and buy the 28s?

I would recommend to go with the smaller size but I can only tell you from my experience with MII raws.

I don't know how much MIJ will stretch out though...

  7. I just ordered my first pair of diors :) :)

Congratulations!! :D What jeans did you order? Raw denim?

I hope you will be satisfied!

I was so happy when I tried on my first Diors because after a long time search for a perfect fitting and good looking jeans without annoying Diesel-esque back pocket stitchings I finally was succesful!!

The only "problem" I still have is the longer inseam...

I am only 5'7" tall and sometimes I think the bunching is a bit too much... but I still didn't have the balls to get them altered...

  8. I got myself a pair of those MII's too, since it has a smaller rise and the smaller backpockets look really good imho.

First of all, thanks for the nice feedback!

Yes, that's why I am a fan of the MII jeans as well. I also like the lower rise and the fitting around the waist is much better for me than on MIJ jeans...

And I don't care about the smaller back pockets. They look good I think.

I agree with theaddict, the best fit for Diors is a straight, narrow fit without being too tight or too loose. At least for my body type...

I cannot rock the extremely tapered, skinny denim look... :D

  9. Today I received my UMC in size 28. Here are some fit pics (sorry, quality is not that good...).

What do you think? I found that the waist is a bit wider than on my other Dior jeans from the beginning... It's not too loose but I had no problems closing the top button.

Well, I hope they won't stretch out that much!

On the other hand the fitting around my thighs is pretty snug (but still comfortable due to the 2% elasthane) so I fear sizing down to a 27 won't be comfortable and also don't look good. I want a slim look but not too skinny...

Btw, the hem actually measures 17,5 cm.

Anyone own these? How do they look in person?

I think the wash itself is pretty cool. Looks like something between the Jakes, the Dust Wash (one of my favourite washes ever!) and Orange Overdyes...

The only thing that annoys me a bit is the big stain below the left front pocket...

Well, I think I will grab me a pair anyway...

    They are also on Diabo:
