  1. How does that make sense?

I'm a retailer, i buy them for far less than what they bought them for..

Are we talking about the same thing here?

Weren't the jeans on Attic's site on sale for like $210, $240, and $250?

    1947's are $190

    1955's are $320

    1966's are $260

Okinawa's were $260 or $320..I dont remember exactly.

But attic has a store-wide 50% off sale right now. So divide those prices in half. I assumed you knew. My mistake.

and just for clarication..I don't work for attic or anything like that.

  2. How does that make sense?

Kiya..you buy sugarcanes for less than $95.00?

Let's see here..Sugarcanes are about 300 retail on your site.Yet, you've said that Self Edge only marks up about 1.7 x the cost of the jean.

That would mean that the Sugarcanes are marked up MORE than 3x times the wholesale price.

    explain?

  3. Oh excellent...the sample size was a 28 and not 29. Still pretty damn slim...(F310 is 11" on unsanforized denim). Seems really small...but then again, the thigh measurement on a pair of Nudies Straight Sven is less than 10" (10" on a 29) and those aren't THAT slim. Specs looking more promising...*still crossing fingers*
This exactly proves my point.. The Straight Sven, which is far from a slim jean, has a smaller thigh measurement than the SEXDBXS09 jean..
I just got 20 PM's from people asking questions about the measurements..

I cannot stress enough, comparing measurements and numbers to other jeans is NOT a great way to compare fits, photos are far better... These jeans are a straight leg jean with a slight taper and a mid/low rise (closer to mid..).

I'll post photos as soon as i can find somebody that's skinny enough to fit into a size 29.. I'm about one size away from getting into these..

    rofl.

    so..........

  4. For comparison and sizing: Shirt Size - 42/T-Shirts - Large

    Real McCoy 9oz. (Heather Grey/XL)

damn turntabloid..where you getting all this moeny to buy all these shit? IH shirts mccoy sweaters?

damn. wanna buy me something for christmas?

I love that mccoy sweater though
  5. I thought this was supposed to be a regular fit denim contest? Correct me if I'm wrong DP or anyone else for that matter.

I can see that all of you are happy that this is a SLIM/STRAIGHT denim contest. I remember distinctly that the title was regular fit, not sliim/ straight contest.

WHY have all of you abandoned this? Is it all for some customizations? This ended up being the same kind of contests as the previous ones. This is what DP did NOT want, yet he seems to be happily going along with it now.

Of course we could've went with the REGULAR fit SDAs, but no, they dont fade quickly!!!oh noezz!!!!! no green selvage!!!! omg!!!!! no special collabo?? hell naw!!!!!

    SMH

  6. ohhh noez!!! too small for my thighs!!!!

man...should i lose weight for this contest?

and how the hell did i not see this until now?

BIG lists these as STRAIGHT FIT. no wonder the thighs are slimmer.

i guess this will be ANOTHER on of those straight fit contests....exactly what WE didn't want.

but i digress. yall may carry on.

give him some green pinstripes! and i don't even think we need the "world series"

check picture below to make it a lil more historically accurate maybe?

    AAAAAhO2hv4AAAAAAMaKZg.jpg

    yankeering.jpg

    some more material.

the only reason why i mentioned the world series was because it had some correlation to New York...and so does BiG. then i thuogh we could have a play on the words "world "series"...

  8. With these particular jeans:

and I think it's a much more fun americana reference than all the usual cars and cowboys and miners and whatnot

lol yes...go back two pages and you'll see that it was me who first mentioned the baseball reference, with mr. invincible then questioning me, and it was me that first said that we should bave some kind of a baseball reference.

what does the 1953 world series ITSELF have to do with these jeans?
