  1. Now that I got a new job, I can finally buy stuff!! Celebrated my first week by buying a pair of Alden Boots(Thanks Miz!) and all (only 3) the Banana Republic Classic Lotion I could find on e-bay since they are discontinued :(

Time to start searching for a real cologne.

  2. You're right, Vans made argyle slip-ons too. I they came in a grey/black/red colorway and in a shade of purple with other colors like you described. I'm pretty sure it was purple (i'm colorblind hehehe.) I don't think they're in production anymore.

  3. Haha no problem, Ahlvaroe. But like fndmybetterhalf said, why are you trying to make tofu while it's readily available at grocery stores? Not trying to be an asshole or anything, just outta curiosity.

  4. What a coincidence, I just had some yesterday. Do you mean "make tofu" or "cook tofu?" I'm assuming you mean cook... I don't know if it's a legitimate recipe, but I was hungry and just found the ingredients in my fridge.

1 package of firm tofu (could be the soft kind too) drained, patted dry using paper towels and cut into small cubes.

    Hoisin sauce

Eggplant cut into cubes or strips or slices, whatever shape you want.

    Salt

    Sesame oil (optional)

I fried the cubes of tofu for about 5 minutes in about 1/4 cup veggie oil over medium heat, added the eggplant and salt, cooked until the eggplant was really limp, then added the sesame oil and hoisin sauce. I cooked it for another 3 - 5 minutes.

Add broccoli, peanuts, or whatever you want. Nothing spectacular, but I liked it.

  5. Hahaha Im korean, and that meat is called cha-dul-bae-gi. I eat these things on a daily basis.

Thanks! Definitely one of the best stuff on earth! Do you know what the rice paper is called? The waitresses call it rice cake as well. I've been searching for that forever at Korean supermarkets.

  6. this stuff was even more amazing. i forge't what it's called though.

Brisket!!! I don't know what it's called in Korean, but everytime I go to my korean bbq spot, I only order that ($10 all you can eat!) In addition to the sides and sauces, they also serve these rice paper squares that you wrap/eat the meat with. Does anybody know what that's called?
