  1. There's a bowling alley near Hannam supermarket under the overpass at Hannam Oh-guhri, one at the intersection at Chungmuro (close to you I think) and then (of course) there's one right in front of my house. haha. The batting cages close when it rains though, so I won't be getting to play ball for a week now. :(

Is that single batting cage still around in Hongdae? I know it's tiny, but it's covered.

  2. Selling a Maharishi ripstop M65 style Sikh camo jacket. Actually bought this off someone on Superfuture quite some time ago, but barely wore it as I didn't like the way it fit. Worn less than 5x. Waterproof, front has zipper and velcro closure, 4 front pockets, all with snap closures, and 2 button closures at each wrist to ensure the right fit. Cord around the waist to adjust sizing, and cords to tighten the hood, which is stowable within the collar. All pictures are of the actual jacket you will be receiving, just taken in different settings with different backgrounds. An amazing jacket overall. Tagged as small, but I think it fits more like a medium. Asking $150 shipped in the US, comes with delivery confirmation. Approximate measurements:

Across back: 23.5 inches pit to pit

Down the back: 28.5 inches from the bottom of the collar to the bottom hem - jacket is designed to be slightly long.

-Last is another Maharishi jacket, this one in a green Sikh camo pattern, also done with the ripstop nylon. This is a very nice jacket, super high collar and lots of other details. 5 pockets - 2 in the front, 2 sort of hidden side pockets, and one pocket on the back of the jacket. I never use that pocket, I think it was just put there to look cool. All pockets have snap closures. Looking for $150 shipped in the US, includes delivery confirmation. Tagged a size large, approximate measurements follow:

Across back: 25 inches pit to pit

Down the back: 28 inches from the bottom of the collar to the bottom hem

-As before we can do this strictly on trust and I'll accept paypal, money orders, well concealed cash, or checks so long as you are patient enough to let me ensure that it clears before I send it out. If you're not comfortable with that, I can set up a private ebay auction for you. Check me out on ebay, I've sold a ton of stuff, my ID is ihadat and I have over 1000 positive feedback ratings. For people who pay with paypal I can also email you a link for a $15 rebate from paypal. Don't hesitate to message me with any questions. Thanks for checking.

  3. -Doing some pre-spring cleaning, getting rid of a bunch of stuff that is pretty close to new. Detailed info follows, scroll down if you want to skip to the pictures. MHI jackets are in another post.

-First is a pair of 5ep jeans. Bought this fall, wore them once, just not liking the fit on me. These are a pretty standard fit, not too slim, definitely not baggy. Asking $150 shipped in the US, that will come with delivery confirmation. Lots of details - raw selvage denim, hidden rivets on back pockets, extra high/big coin pocket, 4 button fly, logo embossed waist button, soft leather logo patch, etc. Marked as 30 x 32, actual measurements follow:

    Waist: 32 inches

    Inseam: 34 inches

    Rise: 10.5 inches

    Leg opening: 9 inches

  4. It's interesting to see some of the generational stuff here, you can sort of gauge people's age by their responses. Like if you cite Public Enemy or BDP vs. Wu-Tang or something, I think a lot of that has to do with how old you were when you got really into hip hop. I'm in the latter group, and my top three would be:

    1. Wu-Tang Clan: Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)

-anybody else notice the edited version of C.R.E.A.M. on the clean album and in the video is way better than the unedited version?

    2. Mobb Deep: The Infamous

    3. Notorious B.I.G. - Ready to Die

  5. Chris Cunningham is great, but already mentioned quite a bit on here. I like "Sabotage" from the Beastie Boys cuz it always makes me laugh and "C.R.E.A.M." from Wu-Tang is a classic too from the best days of hip hop and one of the best albums ever. And "November Rain" from GNR is f*cking epic.

But hands down I think the best music video ever is the DJ Shadow song "Six Days" directed by Wong Kar Wai.
