i thought "a bitter sweet life" was excellent as well as "last life in the universe".

WKW's "days of being wild", "chungking express" and "fallen angels"

im a big fan of takeshi kitano's films. "sonatine", "fireworks" and "kikujiro" come to mind.

shunji iwai's "all about lily chou chou" and "hana and alice" are good with great soundtracks.

"sex and lucia" was good. paz vega and elena anaya are pretty damn good looking.
