  1. umm, already a page for these.

you don't need to make new threads in different forums for selling when you already made one in the selling forum..

Only posted them here in the Supermarket - mentioned them in Superdenim for those interested in denim...? Was there another post that I'm not aware of?

  2. For Sale:

(Style 03B-Sf) RRL slim fit, Red selvedge.

Slim Straight, (not lowrise or bootcut) size says 34x34 actually measure 34x35.

    Very dark raw finish.

    Brand new with tags.

$100 w/shipping within US (OBO). Paypal accepted.

I bought these for my boyfriend and they fit him (he usually wears size 34) but the style is too slim for him. My boyfriend owns several of the older slim fit RRLs that are cut like Levis STFs. These are the newer model much slimmer and straighter.

There are several RRL slim styles people are selling on ebay and these are the only ones that have a normal rise, fit straight, slim, and long with the raw finish.

Perfect for someone looking for APC, Dior 19cm, or Nudie style with the same or better denim quality at a great price.

If interested, please let me know

  3. CashMoney, I think that it's great that you want to get out of the 9-5, and good for you for looking to creat your own thing. I also had a recent loss, and know what it's like for it to change your perspective on life and time.

Not to rain on your parade, but I also work in the retail business, and want to remind you how difficult a retail business can be. Not to be critial, but if you don't have much experience in the retail, I would suggest starting small and working up - rather than trying to go full blown in the first try.

Someone else also mentioned starting a shop selling something else, like housewares, or vintage stuff, but running a small retail business would allow you to gain experience without the high investment in inventory that a clothing store would require. It'll also give you a chance to make connections with local business owners and other "mover & shakers" - owning a business requires you to interact with local authorities, news publications, etc. - as well as possibly earn some respect among the "hipster" cliche.

There was some "back & forth" between a couple of you, but Milpex, I think you brought up an angle that can't be ignored. The reality is, business is based on connections.

    - What's a "Pointman" anyways? - you make the tips of laces or something??

  4. Baldy,

WESC, We the Superlative Conspiracy - known as simply "WE" started as a Wedish snowboarding brand. They have an "Atari" looking logo, and use non-model "models", artists, several skaters and whatnot.

    Check out their website -

As for opening, I design/build-out stores for another clothing company, and it's common for things to come up and interfere with opening....

  5. What about WE or RVCA (mainly guys)?

I have a hard time finding girl's streetwear that isn't over the top, and I like what I've seen of Drifter, and Sasta (which is based out of Canada) has cool designs, and affordable prices. The (Sasta) items that I've seen are made in Canada as well, and there shirts are good quality.

Don't know if anyone is familiar with Sjobeck from the 80's, but they should be at Magic too - grown-up and all.
