  1. Here is a picture of the Gentlemans Bag, in the context of a real life situation. Hopefully it will help you make more informed decisions on this bag anomaly.

The "Willow Briefcase" (it's name) is big enough for an A4 folder, and a Macbook Pro if one were so inclined, in addition to other daily items such as wallet, ipod, knuckle dusters. I was planning on using it at uni, however an old lady might use it to collect her pension and carry liver back home from the butchers.

Its ingredients consist of some heavy duty cloth material, maybe cotton/wool. with fine leather trim, and a viscose lining. Delicious

    Enjoy

  2. Hello, I stumbled across this DAKS bag on sale, however I'm not sure of its sex. It was in the mens section, but it could of been put there by mistake.

I like it, my girlfriend hates it, she thinks its like an old grannys bag.

  4. Does anyone else have the same problem as me.

When i buy clothes, particularly expensive ones, i go up a size, just to make sure I don't get to big for my beloved new piece of clothing. Then a few months down the line you realise you should have brought your correct size because you look like an idiot.

It seems to be the bain of my life!!!!

Hence, is anyone in the market for a size 40 Gieves n Hawkes wool double breasted jacket!

  5. Hello

  6. Hello,

I know there is a massive APC thread, but theres not alot about New Cures on it. Hopefully somebody can advice me with this predictament, and hopefully help other forum readers with size dialemas.

I just ordered a pair of New Cures 3 sizes smaller, and i'm a little concerned if i went too far. I wear a 29 in New Standards and they fit perfect, I went for the 29 in New Cures, and i have to lie down to do the first 2 buttons up, and i'm not ready for the other 2 yet. They are pretty much skin tight at the moment.

Should I change them for a 30 (2 sizes down) or wait for them to stretch. I want them to be skinny/slim but not skin tight. When i got my NS in 29 i could do all the buttons up at a squeeze. but these bad boys are a different matter.

    Thanks for your help folks

  7. Hello

I have a Costume National navy pea coat for sale. It is new and unworn. I bought it for myself, then bought a different coat afterwards which suited me better. It still has the tags, and is a size 38 (EU 48).

It is made of 75% wool, 10% nylon, 15 cashmere, so its really nice and soft, and is pefect for winter.

I was looking for £300, which is alot less than i paid, but i am open to offers.

If you want anymore info, or pictures just let me know and i'll make it happen.

    Thanks

  8. I bought this double-breasted bad boy from Gieves & Hawkes, pretty pricey stuff, but i figured i'll wear it forever. Classic stuff never goes out of style, and it's worth spending a bit on a nice coat, you can wear it with anything and look good.

Don't think Karl Marx would have approved of the capitalist price tag though!
