  1. weiser : I found this jacket at some random shop in montreal on boxing day, I got it pretty cheap apparently cause CP company stuff is very high quality. It cost me 300$ CDN, they still have one in small, seems like a deal to me since it was 1150$CDN regular price. I had heard about CP company they make really cool things if you check out their website, the transformables are awesome.

  2. Hey, been shopping like crazy these days.

Stylexchange still has the whole energie/diesel thing going, but i like some of the energie stuff.

I was downtown for shopping on the 26th, got some acne "max" jeans at MEN'S for 119$, that was nice. Influence U has a good sale, didnt have my size in nudies (all jeans 25% off if i remember correctly). Off the hook had some cool WE stuff on sale, not sure how much but I thought was cheap. Simons had a good sale for the designer stuff, but if you ask me, the regular stuff wasnt that much cheaper. Nudies were not on sale icon_smile_dead.gif. But if you look around on the second floor (designers) theres some sweet deals, not much left now though... I was also at Goodfoot today, their sale is also sweet, everythings 20%-50% off, some shoes at 30$ - 60$ - 90$. Holts has a decent sale going on. Michel Brisson on Laurier has some great stuff too( my fav place).

U&i on St-Laurent, the jeans were not on sale, the rest of the stuff is 30%+ and its really nice. And last, Reborn on St-Paul has a good sale depending on how many pieces you buy, 1-30%off, 2-40%off, 3-50%off. Definately worth a look, they have some brands nobody else has, like ju$t another rich kid (was not on sale...), Alexandre Herchcovitch, Bape t-shirts, surface 2 air, Acne, spoonfed, opening ceremony...

But all that was great on the 26th, now there isnt much stuff left.

hope this helps (for next year?)

  3. I've been to Michel Brisson, they carry great things, not sure about the brands but its worth checking out. Im pretty sure they dont have acne.

I know U&I, they have great stuff, but expensive.

Botuique Reborn on St-Paul has cool stuff too. Its the only other place I know they have acne in montreal after U&I. They now have ju$t another rich kid tees and spoonfed, they even have a pair of adidas super ape skate. But most of their stuff is very expensive, the owner is really nice though.

by the way, ever seen cheap mondays in montreal?

cant beleive i missed the sale at the palais des congres, one stand sold acne stuff real cheap last time I went. Next one is june 4th...

    thanks for the info guys

  5. Hey, when are u getting here?

    good shopping locations:

-Reborn, 231 Saint-Paul O --> great clothes (Acne, Spoonfed, just another rich kid! and more) and they have a pair of super ape skates!!

-U&I St-Laurent ---> also carries good stuff like Acne, Cloak, APC, etc (http://www.boutiqueuandi.com/)

    -Goodfoot St-Laurent ---> sneakers

    http://www.getonthegoodfoot.ca/

-Madame Edgar 6370 rue Saint-Hubert ---> designer toys

    http://www.madamedgar.com/fr/

Old Montreal is great for shopping, do have a walk on St-Paul and a sandwich at Olive+gourmando (close to reborn)

I dont really go clubbing, but St-Laurent is probably your best bet. Lola lounge plays good hip hop, but ive only been once. Baldwin on Laurier plays good music too (more electro). The W plays really great music also.

Hope this helps, I really like living here, except in winter when its fucking cold, but atleast you can snowboard.
