  1. I'm still puzzled as to why a lot of people on this forum are sweating Dior or Helmut Lang Denim.

Seriously your not going to find anything special with these brands other than the fact that your wearing Dior or Helmut Lang. I've never ever heard anybody asking where did you get those Dior or Helmuts. Then I see a lot of people here trying to re-sell their jeans because it "doesn't fit right", bitch please. It serves you right. Thinking your the first ones on your block tor rock some shit that ain't all that. What the hell were you thingking. Your only buying into hype. I hope nobody buys them off of you and your stuck with them. Cause you just got suckered into paying a grip for nothing. You'll learn eventually that there are better choices out there. People who really have a passion for this category.

  2. First off make sure you buy a pair of raw denim jeans. These are the best regarding results (whiskering and crocking). You'll never see any results with overdyed denim and little to none with Dk. Rinse denim. As for the time it usually takes to achieve the results, that may vary. In most cases you will usually get to see real good results within 6 months. Try not to wash the jeans within the first 4 months. If you have to due to mudd but smells then I suggest getting them dry cleaned. It may sound crazy for a newbie but if your a real serious denim head then the dry jeans you purchased are pretty much never to leave your ass unless your sleeping. You can't get any effects if your jeans are in the closet collecting dust. Wear them and break those puppies in. A great pair of denim will always be a work in progress. I really suggest letting time take its course don't rush a masterpiece. Even though companies say that no two of there denim are alike they are still done in an assembly line like enviornment. The denim will eventually conform to your body and trust me there has never been a better feeling than getting off of work and slipping into your favorite pair of jeans.

  3. Has anybody heard any information regarding the Brooklyn Mint Line. This is the Biggie Smalls line. I've heard

rumors of it launching sometime in the future but didn't get a definite answer as to how it was going to look. I hope they don't bastardize it like the Macheavelli line

  4. Hello,

I've been looking for a brand called Ciano Farmer Black Label. I recently went to MAGIC and the PROJECT show

and was impressed by some up and coming brands. I found Scott Langtons Artful Dodger's website but ran into a wall with the Ciano Farmer Brand. If anybody has seen or heard of this could you please post what stores. I'd like to get my hands on a pair. Thanks

  5. As a person in the design profession the only advise I could give you is get as far away from that situation as possible. You have no securities. Nothing is in writing and 3 months is way to long to go w/o compisation especially for creative work. Cut your losses and walk away man. I've been in that same situation.
