After all this talk of inseam, I am getting a bit worried. I am a short guy and all this inseam may be too much for me to handle. I saw a picture of me my friend took and man my diors have alooot of stacking. Im thinking of getting them hemmed but before I do such a major operation I figure I might as well consult you guys first.
I am 5'6 3/4", 125 lbs, and am wearing size 27.
edit: my waist is 28 inches on the pelvic bone where my jeans sit, my thighs are 18 inches at the widest point
Here is the picture I was talking about:
Here are some picture I took of my stacking:
I own both indigo and black diors. Seems like the indigos stack a bit better. Hope this helps anyone who is having trouble too.
I would hem them to 33-34. I am your size, more or less, 5'6, 130 lbs. I had mine hemmed to 33 inseam. Loads of honeycombs on the knees and about 2 inches worth of loose pooling on the foot. i like the way that looks.

Completely straight leg is Hipster. Standard and new standards both taper a little. I had a pair of Hipsters, and if you folded up the hem to the knee, it was exactly the same diameter.
Be careful though, hipsters have a really low rise, uncomfortably low imho.

I know this is a Levis invention but I have no idea what it means exactly when people say it has more of an "anti fit" fit.
Can someone define the exact definition of what anti fit is?
thanks.

Here are 2 of my finalists:

Where would you go if you were me and why?

Hi,
I have a nylon backpack (burton) and it's pretty light in color (lime green) and i've used it for a while now, meanwhile, it has picked up a lot of dirt. What is the best way to wash the entire backpack?
Should I drop it off and dry clean it? Or should I spot clean?

Hi,
I'm going to be in Hong Kong for the next 2 weeks, and was really interested in taking like a 4 day trip somewhere exotic and less common (less common, meaning not thailand/japan/korea/etc..)
Has anyone been to Sri Lanka very recently? I read on the State Dep't site that it's not that safe because of some terrorist group, is it safe? I'd stay around the "touristy" area around Colombo on the west side, if i did go, if that makes a difference.
any opinions?

Yo, i just dropped by this store yesterday-- btw, was chatting with one of the owners and he was ultra nice.
anyway, Samurais, Canes, and Onis were ULTRA slubby. these jeans are worth their price i think. It's nothing like my apc's or imperial.

WHITE w/MULTICOLOR Dots is the hotnessQuote:

At least all the scremo rockers moved on from the perfectly ironed bandanna in the back pocket look (which used to be a gay calling card.) IMO those jeans would look great with some destroyed Chucks and a destroyed rock shirt.

Need your opinion: waterproof shell for cycling.

Hi, I was wondering if you guys have some suggestions for a waterproof non insulated or slightly insulated shell jacket, preferrably with taped seams. I also need double zips. I'm using this jacket for cycling but I also want to look stylish.
Anything other than North Face and Arcteryx, I am open to. Thanks in advance!
