1. I have a few shirts I want to clean for the first time:

    Bape, BBC, Burberry, etc

Some have prints on them. I don't want the shirts to shrink, or the prints to crack.

I'm debating whether to hand wash in the sink in cold water or machine wash cold on gentle....either way, Hang drying it after.

Any suggestions to preserve the life of these expensive shirts? icon_smile_blush.gif

  2. Rank these jeans from least favorite to favorite...

Consider these aspects: quality, price, comfort, etc..

    1) Blue Blood

    2) A.P.C.

    3) Nudie

    4) Corpus

    5) 5EP

    6) Dior

    7) SugarCane

    8) Diesel

    9) Levi Vintage 501

    10) Edwin

**that is just a list of jeans I want your opinion on...not my ranking

  4. This may seem unrealistic, but my ideal store would carry:

Kicks: From athletic to classy-->Nike Dunk SBs, Hugo Boss, etc...

Jeans: Diesel, Levi Vintage, Evisu, Nbhd, etc...

Shirts/Polos: Undftd, Lacoste, stussy, Bape, LRG, Comme Des Garcons, indendent stuff, etc...

Jerseys: Sports attire(Authentic only)-->Football, Baseball, Basketball, College, etc...

    Jackets: North Face, Bape, etc...

Dress shirts: Burberry, Hugo Boss, Dior, etc...

Accessories: New Era 59/50 Baseball Fitted Hats, Kangol Berets, beanies, belts, High-end shades, jewelry? (just earrings =P)

MUSIC: Vinyl/Cds/Cassette-->Indie Rock, underground HIP HOP, Jazz, etc...

Dvds: Independent films, Bboy/MC battles, skateboard/bmx, music videos(directed by Spike Jonz, Michel Gondry, etc), etc...

Collectibles: Rare antiques-->Sports memorabilias(bobble heads), Artwork, Pez dispensers, toys(old school ones), etc...

Electronics: Ipods, Car Audio, old school video games, etc...

Reading material: Books, Magazines [Local to Foreign], etc...

    **And last but not least**

FOOD: snacks(pastries to sandwiches), WINE, coffee, tea, boba(for the asians), etc...

I want the vibe to be like a Cafe/jazz club/store... in the front there'll be couches where you can lounge, munch on some grub, sip on some tea and chat with some friends while groovin to LIVE music(spoken word, bands/independent artists, DJs spinning own records---from a lil stage on the side). icon_smile_big.gif In the back is where you can shop and buy some clothes. icon_smile_cool.gif

---Oh, and on certain nights, I'll open the store on late nights to play Poker Tourneys with friends =D

Hahah sounds like too much, but someday guys...someday, somewhere in the BAY or LA~~ holla!

  5. LOL DenimHeadCase...you nigerian! I was just playing foolio. But I do like materialistic things, who doesn't? I just don't place them in a high place like most do...but don't get me wrong. These "expensive" jeans are for people with MONEY!

I just wanted a nice pair of jeans in the $200 range, not $500 ;P

  6. This is hilarious. DenimHeadcase..with a name like that I am apalled by the comments you are posting...but to each his own, I definatley feel you on the fact that people spend $500 on a freakin pair of jeans, which is ridiculous.

However, there are some people who work hard(like me) or spoiled rich kids that have money to spend on these items(I don't but oh well). Whatever floats your boat. I just like flashy things cuz I'm a low life materialistic biznotch, but a fitted one at that

Lastly, I am a noob in the Jean lifestyle(was gonna say GAME but people clownin) yet I have purchased a few in the past: Evisu, Diesel Kratt, Rock & Republic, Citizens, 7even, etc... which are all selvedge. Yes I had to break bread but I feel good in these jeans cuz I've earned it. So I am not asking people to prescribe me a pair of EXPENSIVE JEANS that are HIP...just to buy'em cuz of the hype

I just want another pair of great selvedge jeans =) HOLLA
