I would say 4 is a L and 5 is like a XL, depending on the piece. But for the most part I wear a 4 or 5, and I usually wear an XL. 3 is more like the M.

Agreed. Sizing varies considerably depending on the garment. I'd call and ask if possible.

Unsure whether this has been discussed already, but I just learned that 45rpm is discontinuing Jomons. The remaining stock is all that is left, so better act quickly if you have been waiting to pull the trigger on a pair.
