Leather is water buffalo sienna.

They were kind of tight as new (D width) but now they are the comfiest boots I own.

I hope I can get around soon to take some shots at my new SDs.

Can anyone explain the differences between BiGs' and Samurais' measurement for the S0500xx. Even by converting BiGs' measurement in inches to cm and comparing it with Samurais', there's still some differences.

waist- 43 / 16.9

front rise- 26 / 10.2

back rise- 34 / 13.4

thigh- 30 / 11.8

knee- 22.5 / 8.85

hem- 19.5 / 7.7

inseam- 86 / 33.5 (remember it was hemmed to 35" when RAW)

Cannot decide to which one to buy? have tried on the 47' but have not tried the 1890. Is the 1890 shrink to fit? The sales lady said the 1890 do not shrink as much like the 1947. What kind of cut is the 1890? Does anyone have pics of worn 1890. Anyone can help?
