  1. Ok, so I went out on a limb and got these Tagur shoes that I was reading about. I dont like how the tongue always stays in place, sometimes I want to fold the tongue down but there are these elastic bands on the sides that are dope!

They fit kinda like Vans so you can tie them up once and just slip them on. I found them at www.urbanoutfitters.com under mens shoes viewed all on one page cuz they have like 500 different brands.

I wish they had a high top or some cool colors like blue, red, green or something, but a good buy. What say you?

  2. Common Projects??

I have never heard of those. Where can I find them.

Did you guys see that other brand Tagur? I am curious to see if anyone has them and if they are worth the 100 bucks. Find them at one of my fav stores. www.urbanoutfitters.com under all mens shoes. They look sweet as hell.

Le coq sportif, didnt they go out of business?

  3. I think we have all seen these before getting hyped up for the release. Well they have been released--tagur.com-- is live.

    Was the wait worth it?

I just wanna see the shoes Dave Kinsey --kinseyvisual.com and Jor 1 --jor1.com--did for tagur. Someone at hypebeast said Mars One and a bunch of other artists are down as well.

  4. I wouldnt consider myself a sneaker collector no. I just like sneakers alot and have an eye for what I consider to be hot, not necessarily what is popular.

Sorry about the typo I have NY on lock better THAN Steinbrenner.

  5. I found a few sneaker boutiques thanks to you guys but it would be more helpful if you stated the actual city instead of local slang along with the shop name and web address. I tried to google some like Goods in Seattle, but found nothing.

I did find thrifty stick in Denver, but it looks like a skateshop that sells the normal DC, Etnies, Lakai etc... not really my gig.

I also found the complex store in Portland. That looks dope and will definitely be getting a visit from the kid.

Freshness mag only displays sneak boutiques in NY and I have NY on lock better that Steinbrenner!

Keep the lists comin y'all where is the illness? City name. Store name. Web adress. Holla

  6. As you can tell by the subject I am looking for dope sneaker boutiques all over the country that carry limited and exclusive kicks. Everyone shout out where you find the illness in your hood.

I am not looking for Footactions or Champs or any garbage like that.

Good lookin out in advance y'all

  7. I just wish he and every other rapper would cut the whack ass skits. That shit is so 1990, grow the f up Kanye I want to listen to music not something a rapper thinks is comedy or worthy conversation.

  8. Bing Bing I am feeling your assessment of the Kanye situation. Well stated homie.

But seriously, how come no-one has mentioned the track called Addiction. To me, that is the hottest track on the CD and it is a sleeper, similar to 50's just a lil bit. It was also a sleeper that was a banger! The best for Addiction is crazy, very chill yet enticing at the same time; it'll either having you bobbin your head and dancing or have you trying to flow.

Kanye's lyrical flow is on par with many other platinum selling MC's and better than most others in my opinion. Rap has abondoned substance for style long, long ago and Kanye makes legitimate points and draws accurate analysis of a multitude of situations in a clever well thought out way, just listen to Gold Digger. The theme is consistent and it is logical and coherent, most MC's get off topic or say some shit that doesn't flow with the crux of their premise. I don't think he is a great MC but I think he is legit by the standards his peers have set and we have accepted by supporting those MC's.

My fav line in Gold Digger is the "she is supposed to be buying tyco with your money....."

That one simple componded sentance demonstrates the thought and complexity of his work.

He's above most in his class

  9. Montreal is ok. I have never been to any dope shops out there though. I guess maybe because I am American and dont speak French accounts for the limted traveling I do in the city. So where could I find some ill shops in Montreal then?

I am looking for Timbs and rare kicks. Are there any good clubs? I hear this place called Circus is tight.
