  1. how come people on sz have sale threads with like shit in 5 different sizes always

    Some of this:

XL drapey thing is layed over the XS drapey thing

    "fits sizes 44 to 52"

And some of buying all available sizes at sales to flip on teh interwebz.

    Support dat jawnz habit.

  2. Neither, I was merely acknowledging previously made statements. I personally have no problem with Justin's fit, it's a cardigan, chinos and nikes, who here has not worn that exact fit? And the coat's actual cost was more to support my point of people getting upset over other's flexing. While the coat doesn't really do it for me, it does fit that guys personal style. I say this having met him a few times and having seen various outfits myself.

I have to admit, I don't even know which picture you are referring to, or which one is justin chung.

i don't own a cardigan, chinos or nikes, but never mind, probably a lot of people here have worn them together. I think a lot of the issue with #menswear is with the styling as much as the pieces and labels. The definition seems pretty hazy, which is the point i think you are most successfully making.

i don't think people who don't like it are necessarily jealous. that's an easy argument to make, but i think lots of the people who hate whatever #menswear is perceived to be have enough money to wear a lot of jawns, they just reject these ones and their styling.

to me at this point high rolled cuffs are starting to scream fashion victim.

  3. lozinski, telling tg to eat shit is pretty much caveman behavior.

we don't know the circumstances of how the slutwalk woman became so drunk. it may not have been much different than being drugged by someone. or she may have acted irresponsibly. in either case, being left in a stairwell is not a pretty picture. i am not going to judge or praise her based on a photo of her holding a sign. i think you are making assumptions.

  5. There are many varieties of sage, and most have been used in smudging. The botanical name for "true" sage is Salvia (e.g. Salvia officinalis, Garden Sage, or Salvia apiana, White Sage). It is interesting to note that Salvia comes from the Latin root salvare, which means "to heal." There are also varieties of sage which are of a species separate from Salvin Artemusia. Included here are sagebrush (e.g. Artemisia californica) and mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris). We have seen both Salvia and Artemisia sub-species used in smudging.

Sage is burned in smudging ceremonies to drive out bad spirits, feelings, or influences, and also to keep bad spirits from entering the area where a ceremony takes place. In Plains nations, the floor of the sweat lodge is frequently covered with sage, and participants rub the leaves on their bodies while in the sweat. Sage is also commonly spread on the ground in a lodge or on an altar where the pipe touches the earth. Some nations wrap their pipes in sage when they are placed in pipe-bundles, as sage purifies objects wrapped in it. Sage wreaths are also placed around the head and wrists of Sundancers.
