"Cheat".... like it's some game that has rules. They are a pair of damn jeans and you can do what you want with them to get the look you want.

lol, calm down denim-nazi, I didn't say he couldn't "cheat" or that there was anything wrong with that, if thats what he was doing, I just wanted to know if those were natural results or not as my jeans are at the same stage and look totally different.

just wondering... when did supreme become a huge fashon thing? untill i came to sf i thought it was just a skateshop.

exactly what I've been wondering...I got out of skating around 10 years ago and it was just a cool skateshop started by the real guys ( i think? ), now people on here are all obsessive about their gear, I'm like wtf? The whole idea of it doesn't fall in line with the skateboarding philosophy that I remember, but maybe that died a long time ago.
  3. 19? he's not a day over 13. He obviously has some major issues going on in his life causing him to aimlessly lash out against people on a message board. Parental neglect maybe, or social awkwardness. Either way, I wish him the best and hope he can seek out some professional help.

Do your own legwork you moron. You're the exact reason there are 4 billion shitty clothing labels out there right now. You really think labels are just going to divulge the secrets they spent years learning to some putz who poses a question on a messageboard?

P.S. can't wait to hear about your label, which i'm sure we'll be hearing a lot about soon! Keep us posted!

how about we establish what it is you are looking for in a jean...are you only concerned with the look? Do you want them to be unique? Do you want to fit in with what everyone else is wearing? Do you have a price limit? Lets get to the bottom of this.

true religion - hell no...overpriced ugly crap. I have a friend that wears them and his personal style makes it work but in general I would say STAY AWAY from them

seven - probably not...they have good cuts & washes but they're so ubiquitous, you go out in chicago or new york and everyone will be wearing them

nudies - yes absolutely, wearing them now in fact...a true denim lovers jean with amazing cuts, great in either washed or unwashed and at least in the USA you'll likely be the only one for miles with them

evisu - no, I this brand is way too "hip-hop" which is not my style at all, additionally I've seen some ridiculous designs from them. A giant hype machine, although some of their denim I believe is high quality

diesel - yes, I'd still buy diesel. They have good cuts and washes, they're everywhere but they've been around for awhile and they get some credit for getting me into denim in the first place. So maybe its just a sentimental thing...

what i'm actually stunned by is that those shoes look like vision street wear's from around '91-ish, right down to the look of the label.
