i have no idea about the number, I don't see anything on the rivets. the thread is gold colored. I'm surprised they'd do preshrunk with the Ramones, seeing they would take baths with their jeans on to shrink them so they'd fit perfectly.

i've found black preshrunk raw 501s but has levi's ever put out black shrink-to-fits? Also, i've heard a rumour that levi's is stopping production of shrink-to-fits to sell more premiums - is this true?
