FS Prada tan suede driver style ankle boots. Bought these in 07. Only wore them a few times. Minimal wear on the toes (normal for drivers) and some small stains on the inside from stain-protector spray. Wore these w/ jeans so some minor discoloration from indigo.

I have both and would actually say the jomon's are slightly slimmer in the thighs than the umii's. Umii's are smaller in the waist by about one size so I' comparing a jomon 31 vs. a umii 32.

In my opinion/experience, you shouldn't expect your APC's to stretch very much in the thighs - definitely nowhere near enough so they fit like those imperials.

If you're asking about the lacoste, I don't think they are available anywhere. These were fall 2004 collection and they sold out pretty quick and never released them again, I don't think.

Lacoste fit about 1/2 size small. I wear 10 in most Nikes and these Lacoste are slightly tight on me (I probably should have gotten a 10.5). I can't remember exact size I wear in Chucks but it's either 9 or 9.5. Don't own any Vans. If you want, I can check my exact size in Chucks tonight.
