who makes the polo with one skull and crossbones over the breast pocket? remember hearing about a new brand in NYC before I left and have started seeing the shirt around LA, but can't figure out what brand it is. i don't think it is polo, but....anybody know?

I know that ICR is not a favorite on this board, but I read somewhere that they aren't doing a fall line in 05. Curious if anyone has any intel.

gotta check out Lambertson Truex. they are kind of a sleeper brand as they just started making men's shoes. their fall 04 collection had some wicked looking stuff in it. formal, but edgy.

Also check out Iramo. Edgier than your average men's shoe brand. Has a shop on Spring in NYC.

I've just relocated to LA from Williamsburg. Looking for shops on par with Isa, Nom De Guerre, Steven Alan, etc. Anyone have any recos. I'm worried that in 6 months I'll be wearing floral print shirts, board shorts and pre-faded jeans with patches on them if I don't find a cool shop soon. (Closer to Venice the better).

does anyone have any suggestions on the best ways to repair rips in denim?

years of wear and tear on an old pair of rogans finally opened up a rip on the upper thigh that spreading at a pretty rapid clip. it looked ok at first, but i at the rate the rip is opening i fear i'm going to lose the whole leg.

does anyone have any recommendations or photos of patch or repair jobs that look good?

i picked up a pair, put them on, and about 120 minutes later the top button literally just fell off.

liked the quality, fit and feel, but kinda reluctant to buy another pair. i returned them and picked something else up instead.

just curious if I had a bum pair or if the brand has some quality probs.

big fan of ICR Vs. Deth Killers. Mine are really hanging in there and taking a beating without wearing out too fast. Solid cut and straightforward, no fake wear and tear. The hot items in the line can be tough to find if you don't jump on them when the collection comes out. Hear the new lines rolls out this weekend or next or there abouts.
