Rei Kawakubo named her label this as a feminist statement -- a finger to the fashion establishment which was dominated by male designers when she started out (and still is).

It's not a 'gay' thing...

Am coming to Tokyo in a week and then Kyoto a week after that.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for bars/clubs/parties?
