Anybody currently living in Japan? If so, what sites do the locals use to view classifieds? Something like a craigslist over in Japan that I can post a wanted ad?

I'm based in the States but looking for a local chef in Tokyo for a side project. If you can lead me to a way to post/find someone, its greatly appreciated.

I've searched around the net and couldn't find something close to Craigslist for Japan. There's a Craigslist Japan but looks like it doesn't get much viewers.

I'd say mixi.jp and forums on yahoo japan are the closest to craigslist.
