why do they look like capri pants?

^^ its just the image. for some reason the image changed when i uploaded it to photobucket. the pants are not altered. kept in the original state and the bottom hems are perfectly intact. the pants are in very good condition with only minimal wear.

With a 28" inseam, I'd say they are capri pants.
