Men's fashion design preferably, anything you've seen online and really just anything enlightening that pertains to that industry.

Watch "Marc Jacobs and Louis Vuitton" b/w "Valentino: The Last Emperor" to see two startling different takes on the business end of the industry. MJ and Robert Duffy effectively take a huge chunk of LV's creative control when they're brought on and run wild with it, blowing up business, getting away with whatever they want, etc.. Valentino works and designs in his own, separate and (disconnected?) individual world while his partner struggles to hold on and (unsuccessfully) keep the business in their hands. A nice generational contrast put together.

A Notebook On Cities And Clothes.

Wim Wenders + Yohji Yamamoto.

Unfortunately Part 4 is missing, but it is worth watching. Yohji blows my mind. Apparently the DVD can be a bit hard to come by, but you can cop the 'Wim Wenders Documentaries Collection' for dirt cheap (click), and has it along with four other documentaries. Tokyo-Ga is in that as well which is pretty cool too. Questions the ideas of modern Japanese culture (note that it was filmed in the early 80s).
