Bottom line, stay away from Ajax. I'm out $1000 and he's got my jacket.

Yeah, I did. Unfortunately I didn't win the claim. I have absolutely no idea how this happened. He never provided a tracking number and I never even saw a response to the PayPal dispute.

you did escalate the dispute to a claim right? paypal staff don't check disputes, they only step in to resolve issues if a claim is made. once 2 weeks is over the dispute automatically closes and can't be reopened online, you'd need to contact paypal by phone.

ive been scamed over $1000 last summer

once i bought a napoleon dior homme jacket from msn multiply forum

i recieved a gstar denim jacket which is tenth of the price which i paid

once i claimed - then raised a dispute paypal favoured towards him which i still cant seem to really understand.

i obviously called them to justify things and all they said to me was that if the item was not bought from ebay they can not help with the investigation...

and i was literally on the phone like .... errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr what the fuck about my money

i know this is really bad but it just makes me think ...

ok then if that is the case i shall scam somebody else just to get my money back. which i havent done ofcourse but technically now that i know paypal wont do a single thing when i desperately asked them to reinvestigate the case having given them all the information and pictures to prove my statement , why not use this to get my money back?

conclusion is that paypal sucks

and im still 1 grand less richer

Ajax told me that he shipped the jacket out before he went overseas. I also gave him your email so he can contact you.

He gets back to Aus sometime in March if I'm not mistaken. Hopefully this shit will get sorted soon man.

I don't understand it either. I've had a couple issues with sellers in the past and the claim/dispute route has always worked for me.

$300USD if you track down Ajax and get my jacket.
