Looking for the thick cotton/canvas water resistant version in a dark color

Not sure how the unisex sizing goes, something about 17 inches across the shoulders, 19 pit to put, so either a M or L would be my guess.

Anyone know where to buy one retail, or have one for sale? Tried one on at Isetan in Japan awhile ago and regret passing on it
