Awesome shots.

The lady who showed us the submarine (being russian herself) told us, that the sailors were young men (military draft) who had to stay there 80 days. The ship doctor had to treat many nervous breakdowns. Not surprising, I think.

I just came back from europe. So, i just gonna share some pics pardon my post because this is my first post in wayjdt

going to germany first ( stuttgart ) to visit mercedes benz museum and see many vintage cars

then going to interlaken to see the beautiful sceneries of the lakes and mount jungfrau

this weeked i hopped on a train and head out to shelter island for a friend's wedding (no actual photos of that here), took a ferry to get there

Last week, hopped onto a plane

And arrived at Kayamandi / South-Africa, where i'll be staying untill the end of december.

My good friend Bob asked me to stop by his friends house last week to help him replace a few shingles on her roof. Little did I know what I was getting myself into...

You screwed that roof anchor into the ridge, right, Bob?

It was so steep that I had to dangle on the rope so I could use my hands.

Just don't look down!

OK, three more shingles to replace.

I nearly peed in my Roys on this last bit. Would have made for a nice yellow patina.

Got down off the roof very carefully, and promptly drank two bottles of beer. Real fast.
