Just got my new murdered out EDC knife, a Kershaw Avalanche. I did a fair bit of research before purchase - for $80 you get a G10 (grippy moisture-resistant synthetic material) handle and S30V blade steel which is apparently the go-to steel for good knives right now. The spring-assisted opening mechanism that's particular to Kershaw's Ken Onion knives feels great. I love it so far.

EDC to the rescue today for a noteworthy cause:

Was chilling with friends who were gunna play some beerpong, but they didn't have the table. So we needed to take out the closet door to find that we couldn't easily just slide it out. Had to use my flashlight and atwood to see in a closet and unscrew 4 flathead screws out.

And on a sidenote, this was my first time to play beer pong. And started off with a 4 game winning streak. It will be a memorable night lol.

I would first look at people's headphones/earphones (head-fi)

then people's sneakers (ISS)

then their asses/jeans, could identify brands by arcuates etc (sufu)

then now their keychains/carabiners hanging off of them

something that really confused me tho was I saw this hypebeast kid with what looked to be a raccoon tail hanging off his carabiner... why? the fck is that for?
