Hi

I´m heading for Punta Del Este and Buenos Aires in a couple of weeks. I´ve had quite a hard time finding out about any decent hotels. Most hotels I´ve found seems to be rather un-stylish and tacky. Does anyone here have any suggestions for nice places to stay in either BA or Punta? Also - has anyone got any ideas for BA shopping?

I stayed w/ friends in both locations so I'm not well versed on the hotel situation....Lots of great shopping in BA...forgot the name of the fashion mall but it's pretty sweet.
