Can anybody ID this puma shoe?

I saw these on a previous thread in the superdenim section, It's been bugging me for a while and I would really like to own a pair of these. It would be REALLY cool if somebody could help me out on telling me what model of Pumas they are and where I can purchase them (I live in New York City, so sneaker hunting isnt a problem; websites are good too). looks like the puma basket, the leather (non-suede) version of the clyde/states/suede.
