oh damn the weekend is over or I would post some pics of mine.

basically the process goes like this:

1 tortilla (nohealthfoodbullshizz just straight up tortillas, maiz or harina whatever you flavor is) heat up on skillet, dry both sides until you get that color on em.

add a bunch of ham/turkey/whatever you have on hand

add a bunch of meltable cheese (usually i go for some sharp chedd, mozz also works, whatever you want).

pop that shit in the toaster oven until it gets goey.

add some pico, a shit ton of CHOLULA

DEVOUR

Startin work on Wednesday Scott and I foresee greatness in this thread.

Yesterday made a bacon, fried egg and cheddar cheese sandwich on an English muffin then buttered the inside and outside of that shit up and threw it in the panini press. I came.

scott- the smoked gouda and balsamic was a good choice. I roll like that sometimes. Tasty. I probably eat a turkey burger a day. Cheap, healthy, and easy to dress up in various ways to make tasty

see i personally go for chicken burgers, not as cheap but much tastier, also is great with turkey bacon and more smoked gouda, don't even need a condiment with that jawn.

Chicken burgers are good but too expensive to just eat on the regular like the turkey ones. Just ate a turkey burger with a fried egg on top on an onion roll. Feelin' good....
