rental tuxes are fucking horrible, they never fit and they feel so goddamn cheap. polyester galore. plus they're just generally ugly

i never rented one, i just had this one formal outfit (basically just a suit) that i would wear. it did the trick and kept me from renting a burlap sack tux

do people actually ask their girlfriends to prom in any significant way? i just said "oh yeah, do you want to go to that?" when she brought it up, but now people are pulling some ridiculous shit (coming up in the credits after a movie, etc) lol and i'm feeling kinda bad

just came back home, prom was.. really not what i expected but still had a good time hahaha

we were goin to meet up with friends for dinner after pictures, so on the way there we got lost in laguna beach for 2 hours trying to find the restaurant that everyone was at. and by the time we almost found it, they called and said they're heading for prom. it was a good 30 miles away from us and we had 20mins. to get there, oh shit did i speed. we made it in there by 2mins. before the closed door time. yesss!!

after prom.. supposely the after party got cancelled cause the owner of the beachhouse found out lots of people were going, so everyone was bummed and decided to go home. i dropped my prom date off home since she was tired, met up with some friends and just went to dennys and some other kickback. not really what i pictured this year's prom to be, but it was still fun lol
