sizewise its labelled 42 but i would say its more like a 40, im only 5ft 9 and medium build and it is snug all round when fastened under a sweatshirt..

It's thick-ass leather, it takes time to settle down. My Unlucky belt stuck out a lot when new but as the leather has creased and relaxed, it's diminished. Still does stick out, though, because... it's thick-ass leather.
