Wow, so sick @scooby! Warehouse makes some tough looking jeans, those all look great.

@shredwin_206 I was working on something at just below waist height for a bit. I kept resting heavy loads down on my leg. I didn't realize how bad it was until I washed them

@Ciabatta it's full of character and holds it's color well, I really look forward to wearing them more

Gave my 900 the first wash today. Nothing that hasn't been said before , but the banner denim is really nice and really comes alive after a wash.

What do you think about the cut @Geeman? It’s been a long time since I tried on a pair of 900’s.

@Bobbo i like it mate.

It feels like a slim straight cut to me although most here  would probably consider it tapered.

Decent proportions , easy to wear doesn't give me that

flared, loose feeling the repro cuts do and the wife likes the fit!

The new slimmer cut from TCB is very similar,  just started putting some wear into them.

Lot 700c. Such a comfy cut. Working (well I was up until a moment ago) in some media office tucked away near Tottenham Court Road underground.

how much are WH sweatshirts supposed to shrink? one full size or less?

So I am looking for a type 1 2001xx jacket is a size 46/48 but it’s nowhere to be found. I emailed WH to ask when they will plan a restock and got the answer that the 2001xx jacket will not be restocked. Isn’t this strange? Feels like a basic collection item.

it's strange indeed. are you sure they made it in size 46-48 though? I thought their biggest size was 44

Size 46 and 48 are not available from Warehouse but some shops like take off and junkystyle usually stock 46 and 48 in most of the type 1 and 2 jackets.

The sweatshirts shrink around one size after a wash.  They will shrink even more if you put them in the dryer.

They do stock these in 46/48 from time to time, I purchased mine in size 46 direct from Warehouse a few years ago.
My understanding is that they just don't make those sizes all the time in their regular production runs.

I really can do without even thinking about another denim jacket mate!! :laugh2:

I am not sure but I don't think their jackets are part of their core collection (if they even have one, besides the 1001, 800 and 900 and even those starting to differ more from run to run). They seem to just produce in collections and from time to time there are jackets involved. So if the current run is sold out they will surely produce another Type2 in the future but it might differ from the current run and thus, this current run will not be produced again in their logic.

Yeah I have seen a 46 in the past somewhere and was under the impression I could get it directly from WH perhaps. Hmm might look for another type 1 then.

@mstax Freewheelers just sent out a restock of their type 1s, always a good option.
The WH one I have is great too, they’re just a little harder to come by in 46/48. Also worth checking out Yahoo Auctions, I see them pop up in size 46 every now and then.

TCB jackets go up to 50. But I think, they fit a bit smaller.

They do fit small. Need to size up 1 or better 2 on TCB jackets, while WH are true to size

I was looking at the Freewheelers version. Very nice jacket but it is a little more expensive than WH. Especially here in Europe, I would around 600 euro which is double from a WH 2001xx. Might keep Yahoo Auctions in mind! Thanks for the tip

@mstax the Freewheelers price should be better if you import it from Japan compared to European prices... Hoosier provides great customer service

*Personally* loving the alterations. I've always loved seeing vintage denim that had been altered, although I can't specifically recall seeing a pair of Levis of this time with belt loops added I can only imagine there are many in existence and refuse to believe otherwise... @Dr_Heech could maybe confirm or refute this. Maybe in the late teens?

@scooby Never seen a pair of vintage Levis 501's from the 1901-1921 with added beltloops, but l'm sure there are plenty of peeps who customised them by adding belt loops themselves.

I threw on the 1943s while the 1901s were drying and was reminded of how special they are. Going to cycle between the both going forward

Also feels a little more right when the only jacket I really wear is a S506XX..

Quite by accident, on the rogues.co.jp website, I found a pre-order for a 1947 Wrangler replica. On the original website of Warehouse & Co there is nothing about this set yet. Even rogues don't have a size chart. If anyone is interested, pay attention.

Purchasing our Contest Jean is a prerequisite for joining the competition. You may not use any other jean besides this. The Contest Jean uses Warehouse’s WW2 denim and is cut on the 1946 pattern. International buyers need only pay a flat rate of 20 USD for shipping. Purchasers of the Contest Jean may choose any number between 1 to 100. This unique number will serve as an identifier of its owner and will be stamped on the pair's leather patch. You may also request your jeans to be pre-soaked and hemmed free of charge. The jeans must be raw or unworn until April 1, 2022. Participants are required to post their pair alongside a newspaper marking the date as proof of this.  Once the competition has commenced, participants are required to post a minimum of once a month on our Discord, here on our Superfuture Thread, or on Instagram by using the hashtag #warehousesignetcontestjeans  All this will serve as a means for us to monitor and share the progress of your fade!
