This is all over the place. I like many of the looks (first look is great for example), but others are quite bland. The whole thing is a bit incohesive.

Too much going on without much focus. Not much of a conceptual transition between nun's habit and patchwork cocktail dress. Still some highly wearable pieces; the knitwear's probably the strongest note.

The interesting construction is worth noting. But that sort of work just isn't worth it if there's no real rationale for putting all those details together.

the construction on the most of the pieces seemed really messy and rushed.

edit: or maybe it was the choice of textures that's throwing me off

i was really disappointed as well. the rest of the collection is kind of a let-down when the first thing you see is this amazing look

Ha. I feel bad for how much the stylist fucked up the entire show. Som of the pieces look nice, but the way everything was put together was just awful.
