EDIT: I just remembered There's a free talk on Monday about "The Origin & Evolution of Beer" at National Mechanics.

Apparently it's part of a series of talks held each month by "Academy of Natural Sciences, the American Philosophical Society, the Chemical Heritage Foundation, the Mütter Museum, and the Wagner Free Institute of Science." which is quite a pedigree.

Anyway, does anyone wanna go? Drink beer while discussing beer and jawns?

Yeah my lady got me a homebrew kit for Christmas

I'd be down to go to National Mechanics tomorrow, but I have to give a talk tomorrow at lab meeting that starts at 5 and lasts until 7ish. I'd be a little late, coming from West Philly, but I'll show if anyone else wants to go
