Clueless girl trying to buy some jeans, help!

so i'm looking to buy a few new pairs for my bf. i'm completely clueless and have no idea where to start. he only has a few pairs of jeans, a couple of diesels (farco 87q, farco 762, slammer 89l, farco 85w, farco 81w, and zathan 796) and a few pairs of dior homme (orange overdyes, some light pair with silver shiny stuff on it [not really wax], & a dark [raw?] pair). what are some stand out pairs/brands to look into? maybe some more diors? anything with a super nice wash would be best. thanks

raw diors would work. are there any specific washes/names to look for?

i dont know shit about diors. i just know they make raw indigo jeans. he seems like a guy who would wear somets. the denim and quality are better than what he already has, so theres an upgrade. if they're good enough for gordon...
