New shit for fall/winter...

1) NWT Tim Hamilton Lightweight Peak Lapel Sportcoat, Size Small: $375

Model S858 from the S/S 2008 collection. I believe this piece retails for $998. It's a shrunken fit, so it's perfectly short at the sleeves and the hip. The color is a lightish charcoal, and has white pinstripes, which I've tried to capture in a detail shot below.

2) Issey Miyake Lightweight Wool Coat/sportjacket, Size Meduim: $350 (major fucking price drop #1)

Love everything about this piece, but it doesn't work for me. It's a bit too long and narrow, or I'm a bit too short and fat. Anyway, my tailor's jaw dropped when he looked at the craftsmanship. Everything is hand sewn. And the material is this incredibly complex (yet subtle) wool weave that was accomplished by attached two different layers. I've tried to capture this as best as I could.

Color is like a military green. Made in Japan.

3) NWT Buzz Rickson + William Gibson N-1, Size Small: $275 (major fucking price drop #2)

According to History Preservation, this piece is no longer in production. As far as I could find, this was the last small on sale anywhere. I had to go through Sufu proxy Parachutes to get it. And after all that, it was a bit too small for me. Losing a shit ton on this (came to over $400 all included). It's been sitting in my closet -- never worn -- for over a year. Hence the price discount.
