the best polo i own is actually an old lacoste. its an orange "patron"... very slim fit, not pique, made in japan. untill i can find something better im not even gonna buy another. the cotton is the softest ive felt, the fading looks amazing, and the fit is unreal.

Yep if Lacoste would have come back with the original Izod Lacoste or even circa late 70's early 80's cut (slim with the tennis tails) & quality (collars that retain their shape, great pique cotton) they would have SHUT THE GAME DOWN! But instead they're GARBAGE...

got a new favorite... its a 100% silk pique polo from ryan harris... never heward of the label, but its great. fits good, wonderful drape, feels good too...

I opened a thread earlier but I think the topic title was kinda weak so I'll ask the question here. I recently bought a England-made Fred Perry polo and I washed in the machine and the back shrunk so when I wear it the back rides up. Is there any way I can iron it to "reshape" it a little better?
