I'm considering buying a pair of Dior Clawmarks (probably like 04 or 05 or something). I hadn't previously owned any waxed/coated denim, but recently bought a pair of waxed denim from Dsquared2 online and was kind of disappointed with them when I got them. Obviously the coating will make them kind of plastic-y, but they just feel like cheap pleather. Can anyone comment on the feel of Dior's waxed jeans? I love the way the Clawmarks look from pics, but I'm a little weary about the texture. TIA.

i would say it's a total of 1.5-2years max of wear. my first wash was after 6 months iirc. subsequently i just washed them whenever i wanted to

Yep no repairs. They're getting thin though, esp the seat area. Almost can see through. There's a lil white spot on the crotch area. It's almost rippin

sorry to post this in the denim thread but i can't seem to find an appropriate thread for this:

recently won a bid for a black dior homme dress shirt. what throws me off is the low ending price and lack of bids. and another thing that intrigues me is that i have enver heard of a shirt that substitutes the bee logo with a bee PIN.

so just wodnering what you guys think of this piece. is it authentic and is 100 a good price for it?

^^^Unless the "skinny collection" was some special collection that I never heard of and that used a bee pin, that looks really fake to me.

I've never heard of a DH shirt being size 48. All the shirts I have from '02-'10 are sized 38, 39, 40, etc...

Thanks for the reply Angry Inch. Those are exactly my thoughts. I bumped into that auction as it was ending and just threw a bid in at the last minute without looking into it at all. Only after I have did I peruse the description of the shirt and found that it is very dubious. The seller does however have a flawless feedback....hmmm.

DH indigo 27 19cm worn for a little over 3 years just about every day. The front pockets completely wore out, so I had to have those replaced, clasp changed to button, and crotch reinforced. They have been washed once / no soaks.

i know the store in Beverly Hills had them a months or two ago, call that store and ask for Isaac. He was extremely helpful when I went in to get my 21cm pair.

Better to call Brian at the Las Vegas store. He's the mens manager and has two stores there, so he has much more stock. He'll know if they are available anywhere.
