So I recently copped a pair of indigo mij 17.5cm raws on ebay...problem is that the seller just told me he hand washed them 8 times. Should I be concerned about how they're going to fade? They look fairly dark in his pics.

Eh...8 times man...They;ve probably lost a lot of indigo. I wouldnt be surprised if they arrived looking different...

Unless you've seen a tag specifically saying 17.5cm, they're probably 19cm. The measurements are just smaller for smaller sizes. The only previous 17.5cm raws were silver selvedge and some weird cuts (ie 'New Baggy', etc).

Hmm...you probably right about them being 19cm. jeez if they are i'm going to end up having in total 3 pairs of raw 19cms: 2x mij indigo and 1x mij indigo silver selvage. If there's anything about sure about, its that I'm never going to wash the ones I just picked up..ever.

EDIT: apparently the seller pulled the number 8 out of his ass cause he purchased it from another seller online but it was too small for him, hence why it was for sell. anyways i'll just have to wait to see what condition they're in.

actually there are 17.5 raws, they came out earlier this season in really limited numbers.

Anybody knows how much a pair of dior arcadius should go for? Seller claims they've never been washed, but the wax on it seems to me like its faded a little.

What exactly is the difference between 19cms and new cures size wise. Are they overall just less tapered? The leg openings however are similar, is the rise and seat also the same?

Rear rise on diors has another couple inches, it's got the butt darts, the leg's way looser... overall it's a way better cut IMO. new cures also taper in and then flare out at the leg opening while diors go straight down

yeah that is true but in the modern modern world, DH have cuts based on APC.

19=nc

21=ns

or something like that.

Good day. I'm quite new to dior homme denim but I really like the "dior homme slim fit" look. I have recently acquired some jeans and would like your expert opinion on the fit. I would really appreciate some advice, comments and suggestions. Here is a pic of me wearing a 26" UMC 17.5cm cut. Please tell me if you think the fit is correct or if I need to hem, size up, get a different cut, etc. I'm not a tall guy but I'm really a fan of these jeans and I want to get the best fit I could out of them. ^ clean up the stacks by pulling up the fabric so it stacks cleanly on your calf then spray starch or water. Wait till it dries then bring them down slowly to your ankle.

I'm sorry if I'm too stupid to get this but where do I pull the fabric? By the knees?

Just pull them up evenly starting with the middle of the shin till you can't pull up anymore. Then let the fabric down by pushing down hard and compacting the stacks.
