Anyone ever get polo shirts shortened?

i hate that long ass tennis tail on rl polos. even lacoste is too long, and i get the form-fitted ones. i need them long enough so they can be tucked in, but still look ok untucked.

If the tail is too long i sow it at the top a bit so that it clings closer to my body and doesn't 'flap'. I prefer the non-jerry seinfeld look.

i wish they evened out the tail, so it was roughly the same length as the front...

im not trying to be an ass here but if that tail is bothering u guys so much then simply just dont wear them. im sure there are other brands out there that do not have elonged tails....................

RL polos have best stripes and colors. Nothing else can compare.

The original reason for the tennis tails was actually to keep the shirt tucked in, ironically.

I've shortened them a lot of times, it's no big deal. Quick, cheap and easy. I'm not a big fan of tucking in, unless I have a vest or sweater over it. I've also done t-shirts, it's all about knowing your body and how you want clothes to look on you.
