I might hold a sample pair in my hands soon....at least a possible fit....

Basically - imagine a 3001 with a tad higher rise - 0,5 wider leg - and a leg opening that's almost identical to the knee...

Also - thanks for 80 pm's

Guest n1cx0

just a couple of ideas,

hidden arcs ala sam usa's and instead of tabs, stitch some kind of lettering by the pocket which i've seen on a flat head before (the picture is on this forum somewhere).

I thought it seemed this thread was leaning towards Dry Bones? Maybe DB denim with a FH type cut?

at least december i hope...

for the BiG one we did a presale, and then jeans came a few months later after they were made. it could lower prices, since they would have them sold guaranteed, eliminating some of the risk...

Just looked at the measures of the 3001, I hope we'll review them a bit or I won't be able to be part of the contest. The Inseam is soooooo short! and the thighs seem so skinny! I'll never fit in a 34!

A too skinny thigh measurment won't do it for me either. I wouldn't like to size up too much either just because of the thighs!

think i didn´t get the point: is this leaning towards dry bones or flathead denim and will the cut be more like 3001 or red D?

another question: i just checked selfedge´s measurements for the red D and the waist seems to be fairly oversized (considering that the sanforized denim shouldn´t shrink much). how much do people usually size down on these?

Since we're looking for a great price - and a great cut...

A possible Dry Bones - with an "upsized" 3001 fit...

As stated before - slightly higher rise, about an inch more room in the thighs - and a tad less tapered...

I was thinking about a 37' inch leg..but that's all in the making...

First of all - I'll have to see the denim itself - if you want to wear a jeans for a year - it should feel right.

Second most important thing - the cut..3001 is one of the best slim fits out there - the only issue is that for some guys it's too short in the rise - and a bit to thight in the thigh...

So = thank for all your pm's - just keep them coming....

Also - start date....I would say December - since most of the Warehouse contestents will be done by then...

A couple of days in between would'nt hurt...

But - Since it's the 2009 Superfuture Contest - I would like to combine it and go for the full year..01/01/09 - 01/01/10

Do you know about flat head '3008xx'?

It's 66type and used same denim with 3005,3001.

It had slim fit, 36" inseam, button fly...

The flat head doesn't make 3008 anymore.

But it might be really good for us. I really miss it.

and one more thing...

I think 'Kapital - Cisco' jeans also good for us.

I'm not sure that's replica jeans.

But, 5pocket style jeans and has hidden rivet, button fly.

In my opinion 'Cisco' is the cheapest japanese replica jeans.

How do you like it guys?
