just the term IDM makes me mental. there was so much pretentious music that just slapped on the idm label and thought they were the shit.

I saw tel tel aviv during their last tour (opening for apparat) and couldn't stand them. i wanted to leave but kinda wanted to see apparat. after hearing his new shit i proclaimed it the worst electronica show ever.

it's also hard to understand how you can like them and like stars of the lid. i guess you're into very dissimilar stuff...
