the pinkberry in my work plaza just opened up seriously like 50 steps away from my shop. i been there once and i prefer yogurt land. more flavors and better toppings. pinkberry = overrated. and always a ridiculous line out the door

there are so many frozen yogurt joints everywhere now... pinkberry, yogurt land, red mango, tartini, orange tree, etc etc. there is even one called Yo Swirl. "wtf does that even mean?", so i went inside, and there was a banner with directions:

Pick a cup size, choose flavor(s) you want, and get yo swirl on.

pinkberry is the worst of them all, imo, even though they did start the trend. the best i've had so far is called berrybest, which is attached to damon and pythias restaurants. but now i really wanna try yogurtland

ok, just tried yogurtland on sawtelle. its definitely one of my new faves especially cuz of the self-serve setting, which allows for multiple flavors. and i got a pretty hardy portion for just $2.30
