home audio setup

hey audio geeks,

i want to have a nice little home audio setup. so far i was thinking,

itunes >> airport express >> eclipse td 307's (silver)

2 speakers and amp cost 52,000 yen or $USD 699.

since all of my music is in itunes/ipod, and i dont listen to the radio, i don't need a full stereo.

but is size everything? they look very small. can i get away with just having 2 and the amp?

you can add a subwoofer (84,000 yen) and get 2.1 sound, or add more speakers for 5.1.

you can also get a stand for 12,000 yen.
