senior year of high school i had to REALLY cheap it out because i was going on vacation to japan so i bought my whole group of friends mittens from H&M and brought them random stuff when i got back.

if you make any sort of art, hook people up. i used to do printmaking and i made my family a series of linoleum block prints that they adored. . . total cost to me $0. they have something unique, and people appreciate the effort of a homemade gift

In highschool I used to DJ/produce pretty often, so I made mix cds of the music I had produced and burned copies to all my friends. I even made designed the cd cover and cd label stickers and made it all "professional". I think a lot of people actually appreciated it. It cost me maybe $20-$30 max but took a lot of time.
