the best neighborhoods

I was looking at the list of members and seeing that we are all from pretty cool places. So Where is the best neighborhood. And yes I put my 'hood at the top of the list.

Yes I left out alot, this is based only on places I've lived or visited for a few months. No order except the first one.

-Fort Greene Brooklyn, NYC

-Lower East side, NYC

-Setagaya, Tokyo

-11th arrondissement, Paris

-East London

-Macau Street, Taipei

-Harlem, NYC

wow, my list is NYC heavy. I guess you could replace the lower east side with Brookline, Boston

I saw the top ten cities list but thought it was too vague. What makes great cities are the people and n'hoods. So I hope you don't feel it's redundant.

Barcelona may be overrated and crowded with tourists these days but El Born is still up there as my favourite places anywhere.
