yo seriously, if someone gave me a steak with all those vegetables on the side, id flip

i want some kind of potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, and possibly asparagus

get that fucking grilled squash looking joint away from my steak

^^^^ that sushi looks good, I could go for some bbq eel action right now.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned foie gras. But out of that list above I would have to go with pork. Pork belly/bacon, pulled pork shoulder, prosciutto, stuffed trotter, crispy brains, thats what im f*cking wit.

the other night i had snapper steak so fuckin fresh and juicy

do love an eye fillet beef steak most of all

Fillet of beef or Tenderloin, is good if you can't cook, or your animal is wet aged costco beef. There's hardly any fat (marbleling) between the muscle fibers. and fat=flavour.

The best cut for steak, has to be a ribeye, its got much more marbleling than a fillet. and the cap around the outside, thats the most tender/flavorful piece on the animal.
